Es una obra clara y concisa que muestra de manera didáctica cómo realizar la exploración física de la columna vertebral y las extremidades. En su elaboración el Dr. Hoppenfeld ha considerado tres aspectos generales básicos: organización didáctica, abundancia de ilustraciones representativas y un método de enseñanza eficaz. Cada capítulo se ha adaptado al proceso clínico de exploración de la región específica, pero el formato no es inflexible y varía según las necesidades de la exploración particular. El trabajo es minucioso, completo y muy claro, apoyado con más de 600 ilustraciones. Se enseña la exploración de los arcos de movilidad, flexión y extensión, rotación interna y externa, aducción y abducción, pronación y supinación. |
